Sakya Trizin Khondung Gyana Vajra Rinpoche Visits The New Tibet Museum

Dharamshala: The 43rd Sakya Trizin Khondung Gyana Vajra Rinpoche, the head of Sakya school of Tibetan Buddhism visited the new Tibet Museum of the Central Tibetan Administration based in Gangchen Kyishong, Dharamshala on Monday, 23 May. The 43rd Sakya Trizin Rinpoche was accompanied during the visit by the 42nd Sakya Trizin Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, Khondung Avikrita Vajra Sakya Rinpoche, and Khondung Asanga Vajra Sakya Rinpoche.

They are welcomed at the Museum by DIIR Kalon Norzin Dolma, Secretary Chime Tseyang of the Department of Religion and Culture, DIIR Additional Secretaries Tenzin Lekshay and Namgyal Tsewang, and Director of Tibet Museum Tenzin Topdhen along with the staff of the Tibet Museum.

The Sakya Trizin and other Rinpoches of the Sakya school were also accompanied by the two representatives of the Sakya School in the Tibetan Parliament Lopon Thupten Gyaltsen and Khenpo Kata Ngodup Sonam.
