The Tibet Museum Presents Exhibition on Biography of His Holiness the Dalai Lama at India Habitat Center

New Delhi: The Tibet Museum, Department of Information and International Relations, Central Tibetan Administration, is honored and privileged to present an exhibition on the ‘Biography of His Holiness the fourteenth Dalai Lama’ in collaboration with the Foundation for Universal Responsibility of His Holiness the Dalai Lama (FURHH) at the Open Palm Court Gallery, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The exhibition started on 9th December and will be available for visitors till 15th December 2021 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Marking the auspicious day of the 32nd anniversary of conferring the Nobel Peace Prize to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the exhibition highlights the Early life and responsibilities, Meeting with Indian and Global leaders, Awards and Honors received, Books authored and co-authored by His Holiness and his Four main commitments.

The exhibition was attended by Kasur Ngodup Dongchung, Representatives of the Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Mr. Rajiv Mehrotra, Secretary of the Foundation for Universal Responsibility of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Mr. Tenzin Lhagoe, Acting Director of Sherig Parkhang, and was also actively observed by the Delhi College students, members of Indian Habitat Centre and other audiences.

We are delighted to have a good number of visitors who had suggestions, discussions and actively engaged with our staffs regarding the productivity of this exhibition. Kasur Ngodup Dongchung la appreciated the effort and idea of organising this exhibition and emphasized the importance of collecting rare photographs and making these digitally available for a wider audience.
