Tibet Museum Kicks off Exhibition and Fundraising Campaign Tour of North America

TORONTO: The Tibet Museum of the Department of Information and International Relations, Central Tibetan Administration, kicked-off its month-long photo exhibition and fundraising campaign tour of the North America from Toronto, Canada on April 21 and 22, 2018. The exhibition in Toronto was organized in association with Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre.
More than one thousand Tibetans as well as non-Tibetans visited the two-day exhibition which was held in conjunction with the visit and the teaching of His Eminence Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, the 42nd Sakya Trizin, at the Tibetan Canadian Cultural Center – Gangjong Choedenling. The exhibition was very well received by the visitors and as an appreciation and support, many visitors made monetary contribution for the new Tibet Museum project.
The visitor for the two-day exhibition includes His Eminence Ratna Vajra Rinpoche and many former officials and staff of the Central Tibetan Administration.
The Tibet Museum is scheduled to showcase its next exhibition in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 27 – 28, 2018.
